Terms & Policies – Juju Massage Therapy

1. Appointments & Reservations
  - All services are by appointment only.
  
  - You may book online, by phone (951-965-1268), or in person at 4075 11th St, Riverside, CA 92501.
  
  - Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and start on time.
  
2. Cancellation Policy
  - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  
  - Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
  
3. Late Arrivals
  - Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to avoid delays for the next client.
  
  - Full payment will still be required.
  
4. Health & Safety
  - Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities before your session.
  
  - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a contagious condition or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
  
5. Conduct
  - Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
  
  - Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and possible permanent ban from services.
  
6. Gift Certificates & Promotions
  - Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
  
  - Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  
7. Liability
  - By booking a service, you acknowledge that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment and accept any risks associated with the service.
  
8. Privacy Policy
  - Personal information collected through bookings will be kept confidential and used only for scheduling, payment, and communication purposes.
  
  - We do not sell or share client information with third parties.
